What we do

Five links of the food chain,
run by one operator.

DFarms grows, makes, moves, and exports food across a chain it owns end to end. You can buy into a single link or the whole span, and deal with one company answerable for quality and supply the whole way through.

The chain

End to end, under one roof.

Five stages, run in sequence and run by us. Each one is ours to operate and ours to answer for.

Capabilities

Five capabilities, one accountable operator.

Each link solves a specific problem for a specific buyer. Here is what we actually do at each stage, and who it is for.

Contract farming

A managed farmer network, producing to your spec.

We contract and manage a network of farmers across our operating regions, supplying inputs, agronomy advisory, and assured buyback. Crops are grown to an agreed specification, so a buyer gets consistent quality and volume without coordinating hundreds of smallholders, and every lot traces back to the field it came from.

Production

Our own cultivation, run at commercial scale.

Alongside the contract network, we farm land we manage directly, run with agronomy discipline season after season. That gives a reliable base volume insulated from open-market swings, and a controlled setting for the crops and standards our buyers depend on.

Value addition

Raw produce turned into finished, packed food.

In our own facilities we clean, grade, mill, press, and pack: stone-ground flours, cold-pressed oils, cleaned pulses and grains, and frozen produce. We make it under our own label and as private label for other food brands. Because we control the raw material, the standard set in the field carries through to the pack.

Supply chain and cold storage

Cold chain and logistics, kept unbroken.

Temperature-controlled storage and coordinated logistics move product from the harvest window to the buyer's dock without breaking the cold chain. Fewer external parties means fewer points where quality slips or a timeline drifts.

Export

Documented, traceable export to international buyers.

We handle export end to end, with the documentation and traceability overseas buyers require and one accountable contact for the whole chain behind the shipment. An importer deals with the company that grew and made the product, not a broker sitting between them and the farm.

Why an owned chain

What you get from buying the whole chain.

The reason to source from one operator instead of a string of separate suppliers.

One contract, one chain

Buy a single link or the whole span from one operator on one agreement, instead of stitching together separate suppliers.

One point of accountability

When quality or supply is on the line, one company owns it, from the field to your dock.

Traceable end to end

Because we run every stage ourselves, we can show where food came from and how it was handled, all the way back.

Who we work with

Built for serious buyers.

We supply businesses across the food trade, and households directly through our own products.
